  • Overwhelming warehouse chaos mainly caused by inefficiently organized storage. Company decided to look up how to improve their warehouse management
  • ToothPickers had problems locating products they were looking for
  • The warehouse infrastructure needed to be reorganized. Piles of items couldn't be shelved, even though the space was theoretically sufficient
  • Training new employees was so difficult and took so long that it caused an operational block
  • Generating AWBs and invoices manually was a significant time waste

The approach

  • We began by fully implementing the Gremini Warehouse Management System GreminiWMS organized the warehouse chaos thanks to random item placing.
  • Items can now be placed wherever there's free shelf space, then found through the automated system
  • Our warehouse management software clarified procedures and eliminated the operational block. The warehouse team was reorganized into pickers and packers
  • AWB issuing, invoicing, order status are now fully automated
